Environmental Assistant Cochrane, Alberta CCI Inc. is a leading multi-disciplinary Engineering firm offering services in six areas of practice: Engineering, Geotechnical, Construction Management, Environmental, Forestry Planning & Reclamation of Wellpads & Access Roads. We are experts in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Open-Cut pipeline construction methods. From our inception in 2004, we have established ourselves as a pipeline design specialist in the intricate business of river crossings. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our growing team in the HDD Branch of the Environmental Division on a full-time basis, based out of Cochrane, Alberta. The HDD Branch manages all drilling waste disposal and water quality monitoring projects within CCI. This position will provide support to the HDD Branch in interpreting drilling waste information, processing laboratory information, completing drilling waste calculations and providing cost tracking support. Responsibilities: •Reviewing and processing reports and laboratory data •Data entry, and daily field ticket preparation •Cost estimating, report and proposal preparation •Research of acts, regulations and legislation •Field technician consultation •Technical report writing and record keeping •Deal with office and field personnel in a professional manner Requirements: • Post-secondary education is mandatory •Understanding of drilling waste regulations (AB, BC, SK) is an asset •Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office •Must be extremely organized and be able to prioritize workload •Must have excellent communication skills •Must be very detail orientated and able to multitask •Must be a team player We thank all applicants for their interest.
