Oskar Construction LTD. Located 124 Eagle crescent Banff, Alberta Permanent full-time bricklayer position. $38.43 per hour, 40 hours per week. Bondable, Drivers license and abstract required, RCMP clearance. Minimum 5 years brick and block experience Skills Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units; Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing; Construct and install prefabricated masonry units; Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations; Face, size, cut and lay stones; Place steel reinforcing and grout in cavities or cores to build external walls; Remove and replace existing masonry work for alterations or restorations; Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment. No formal education required, must speak, read and write English.
Work in residential, commercial, able to read blueprints, estimation. Physically demanding, working at heights, standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Good communication skills, work with others, problem solving, job task planning and organizing. Work in Banff, Canmore.
