F.G. Cares Cleaning Services Ltd. in Banff, AB is hiring two night shift cleaning supervisors.
Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent
Wage: $26.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners;
- Schedule work programs for cleaners
- Inspect work sites to make sure cleanliness standards are met
- Trouble shoot if any need arises during the night shift
- Perform cleaning duties when necessary
Employment Requirements:
o Education: High School Diploma required;
o Minimum two years' experience as a cleaner. Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is an asset but not a mandatory requirement.
Personal Suitability:
- Basic English language verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail oriented - pays attention to details at each customer's location, with extra attention to any special requests;
- Friendly and professional - able to deal with customers and employees when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed;
- Team player - ability to work within a team setting where members depend on each other to get work done;
- Willing to work night shift work
