COMMUNITY OUTREACH CO-ORDINATOR Part-time, contract Community Outreach Co-ordinator (COC) position is available. The COC will be responsible for organizing and directing a series of film, musical and other events for St. Paul’s Church in Banff. Duties will include the following, but not exhaustive list: to propose for approval possible “acts”, films, and events for inclusion in the series; to contact suppliers; oversee the marketing, advertising and other promotional and presentation activities; as well as liaison with suppliers, artists and others to ensure a high standard of professional presentation. Desired qualities for the COC will include: -experience in marketing or publicity -experience in musical and film arts communities -works well with people -good organizational and time management skills -comfortable working in a faith-based community -flexible work schedule -availability from October, 2016- April, 2017 Remuneration at an hourly rate for pre-authorized hours- to be negotiated in keeping with candidate’s qualifications.
